MCCG Strategy & Analytics is led by its president, Ron E. Foy, who brings more than 20 years of diversified professional experience to the firm. Ron has extensive experience advising and counseling companies with respect to strategic direction, corporate development, identification and achievement of strategic and enterprise performance objectives, planning and financing enterprise growth, and setting strategy for mergers and acquisitions.
Ron developed hands-on strategy formation and execution skills as co-founder and senior management team member of FPC Financial Services Inc., a San Francisco-based services firm that was acquired by a predecessor of Comerica Incorporated (NYSE: CMA). Ron's quantitative analytical skills were honed by over eight years of investment banking experience at a Los Angeles-based investment banking firm, where he worked with privately-held growth companies in both manufacturing and service sector industries. He has participated in negotiating, structuring and closing transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $700 million. Ron has worked in a broad range of technology-driven industries as investment banker, counsel or principal.
Ron holds a B.A. degree from Ohio State University. Ron obtained his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School and obtained his M.B.A. from The Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
